Great little workout here from the guys at Crossfit Chantily. How to get kids interested and enthused about fitness, whilst helping to develop the motor skills, mobility and strength they need to improve their athletic endeavours on the golf course. Win win!

CrossFit Chantilly

Start your engines:
For 5 minutes:
10 Jumping Jacks
10 Air Squats
10 Push-Ups

Box Jumps

4 Rounds:
6 Hang Power Cleans (PVC-10#)
6 Box Dips
6 Tuck Ups
50 meter run

5 Wall Walks
