Tour Player Workout

Bill Horschel, one of the break out players of 2013, is known for working out. And judging his stand out season, those workouts are really paying off. It’s all about getting in the gym, getting your mobility work done, and increasing your strength and power with simple moves and explosive power work, in the form of med balls, superbands and heavy ropes. Check out this video from the PGA tour, highlighting Billy Horschel’s workout with his trainer Jeff Fronk.
